Starting the week of May 9, 2016 Michigan Avenue will be closed to thru traffic (local traffic only) between Erie and Park Streets for Stage 1 of the project.  A detour will be in place to direct traffic around the work area on Ottawa Street.  Starting around July 5, 2016 Michigan Avenue will also be closed between Spruce and Park Streets.  The entire project is expected to be completed by September 2, 2016.
