Visit the City Hall Council Chamber calendar for information on Grayling City meeting dates and times.   As of January 1, 2020, the City requires a damage waiver to be filled out prior to reserving the City Council Chambers.  Waiver Forms are kept on file through the end of each calendar year.  New forms must be signed annually.  Forms are not transferrable from one Organization to another.  Please click on the waiver form to complete and submit with your reservation request. *Non-public meetings will only show as 'Reserved'.

Multi-Use Permit is required for use of City facilities.  If you are interested in using either the City Hall Council Chamber or the Nature Center, check the facilities calendar for availability before submitting your request.  Not-for-Profit Community Groups or Individuals may reserve the City Hall Council Chambers or the Nature Center.   A request can be submitted in two ways, by completing a Facilities Request form, or by submitting a Multi-Use Permit by email to cityhall@cityofgrayling.org, by mail to Grayling City Hall, PO Box 549, Grayling, MI 49738 or by using our drop box at City Hall, 1020 City Blvd in Grayling.  Please contact City Hall at 989-348-2131 x101 with any questions regarding reservations for either facility.

  • City Hall Council Chambers - located at 1020 City Blvd, in Grayling.  The Council Chambers is equipped with (2) 55" tv's available for use via WePresent using a laptop (not provided).  USB flash drives and/or cables are not allowed to be used with the tv's for security purposes.  Maximum capacity of 65.  Council Chamber reservations must be during City Hall business hours of Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.  Waiver forms and Rules are available at the City Hall front desk.
  • The Nature Center  - located in downtown Grayling at 100 South James Street (next to the American Legion).  Tables and chairs are able to be reconfigured to accommodate meeting needs, but we ask that all furniture be returned to the original orientation as when you arrived.  The facility is equipped with Wi-fi and (2) 55" tv's capable of casting presentations from a laptop (not provided).  USB flash drives and/or cables are not allowed to be used with the tv's for security purposes.  Maximum capacity of 60.  Waiver forms and Rules are available at the City Hall front desk.  *Please note that the Nature Center will be closed during the winter months, November 1 through April 1. *
  •  City Park Pavilion - located in downtown Grayling, next to the Nature Center.  A Multi-Use Permit is not required for use of the City Park Pavilion, it is used on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please note that the Grayling Farmer's Market uses the City Park Pavilion Thursdays and Saturdays, May through October.   If you have any questions, you can call City Hall at 989-348-2131 ext. 101.  The Park's rules are available at the City Hall front desk.
