Make Payments Simply

The City of Grayling accepts credit and debit card payments with BS&A or with AllPaid.  Property Taxes, Zoning permits, Delinquent Personal Property taxes are paid using the BS&A payment system by selecting one of the following links below.

Payments can be made with a major credit, debit or prepaid debit card, including:

Credit Card Logos

  • Utility Billing payments:  Utility Billing payments can be made using a CC or by ACH.  You must have your BS&A account pin to access your account.  The pin # can be found on your quarterly utility bill, or by calling City Hall @ 989-348-2131, ext. 101. 
  • Property Tax payments:  Please have your parcel ID number to make a payment for Property taxes.  The 15 Digit Property Tax I.D. Number for the City of Grayling will start with 070.  Your parcel ID # can be found on your property tax bill.
  •  Building (Zoning) Department payments:  Please reach out to our Zoning Department Administrator before making a Zoning Permit payment.
  •  Delinquent Personal Property Tax payments:  You will need your name, address, or parcel ID # to make a Delinquent Personal Property Tax payment.
