We would like to apologize for the late water bills. There is still work happening to integrate the new meters with our billing system. Unfortunately, we cannot read any meters until this is finished. With the water bills being larger than normal, due to how long this billing cycle is, we will be extending the due date from one month to two months after you receive a bill. We understand this is an inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we wrap things up.
