THE CITY OF GRAYLING ORDAINS:

CODE OF ORDINANCE CHAPTER: 3

The City of Grayling adopted a new Code of Ordinance on May 22^nd 2023 for the purpose of authorizing and regulating the operation of Pedicabs on the streets within the City of Grayling and providing for the violation thereof, pursuant to Public Act No. 451 of 1994 as amended, being MCL 324.81131(5). A Pedicab is a wheeled passenger vehicle that is moved by human power. This Ordinance goes into effect 10 days after publication of this notice.
